Newton Country Day School hosts Prospective Parent Coffees each fall. During these two informal morning events, members of the Admission Office give group tours, answer questions, and help prospective parents get to know Newton. As the fall approaches, please check the website for coffee dates and RSVP information.
Each year, Admissions hosts an Open House the first Sunday of November so that prospective students and parents may come to know our dynamic community and learn about our balanced program of academics, arts, athletics, and service.
In addition to tours and required interviews, we offer Visit Days as an opportunity for prospective students to visit classes and meet current students and faculty. These optional days begin in November and run through February. Prior to visiting, students must have submitted the initial application.
Regional Receptions, hosted by current families, take place in January and present informal occasions to meet with members of our community in smaller settings.
Accepted students have an additional chance to spend time on campus prior to making their decisions. Middle and Upper School Revisit Days are scheduled between March 10 and April 10.
