Newton Country Day School of the Sacred Heart seeks girls of academic ability, integrity, imagination, and spirit who want a serious program of studies. The admission process provides an opportunity for us to help you learn as much as possible about Newton. Browsing our Web site is a great place to start. We also encourage you to attend our fall Open House, held on the first Sunday in November. Once you have applied you may spend the day at Newton attending classes, meeting faculty and getting to know our students.

Applications are accepted for grades five, six, seven, and nine. Applications for other grades will be considered if space is available. Typically we graduate a class of 60 students. Students applying to the Middle School (grades five, six, and seven) must submit the results of the Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE). Students applying to grade nine must submit the results of the SSAT. The application deadline is February 1; admission decisions are mailed on March 10; and the enrollment deadline
is April 10.
