Natasha Walwyn Robinson '00 Announced as 2026 Commencement Speaker

Alumna Natasha Walwyn Robinson '00 will deliver the Commencement address at Newton Country Day's 146th Commencement ceremony on Thursday, June 4, 2026.

Natasha Walwyn Robinson, a Class of 2000 graduate who started at Newton Country Day in Grade 6, earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in French from the University of Virginia. She went on to receive her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and completed Executive Education in Computer Science for Lawyers at Harvard Law School. She is licensed to practice law in three U.S. states and is also qualified to practice in 16 Caribbean nations.

With more than 15 years of in‑house experience at global leaders such as Oracle, Morgan Stanley, General Dynamics, and Meta, she has built a career at the forefront of corporate and technology law. Her insights have appeared in the World Intellectual Property Review and North Carolina Lawyer Magazine.

A prominent voice on law and emerging technology, Natasha was recognized by the Charlotte Business Journal as a Woman at the Forefront of AI and Digital Transformation for her leadership on AI bias and digital equity. She is also a three‑time TechRising Tech Idea Incubator Fund Grant recipient, reflecting her commitment to innovation and community impact.

In 2025, she joined the Harvard Law School faculty as a Clinical Instructor and Supervising Attorney in the Transactional Law Clinic, where she trains J.D. and LL.M. students in corporate, intellectual property, employment, entertainment, and real estate law. She also serves on the Association of American Law Schools’ Technology, Law, and Legal Education 2026 Executive Committee, helping shape the national future of legal education.

Above all, Natasha is most proud of her family—her husband, Camal Robinson, and their daughters, Kaiya (10) and Liana (7).
