Students Use Their Voices in Poetry Competition
In April, Newton Country Day held its annual poetry competition. Students were asked to write an original poem using the theme “Voices.”

“The submissions varied wildly in style and content, but each poem illuminated an important aspect of our shared human existence,” commented English Department Chair Evan Adair. “The entries offered unique perspectives, keen insights, and strikingly beautiful language. We are extremely proud of all the participants.”
