If you have multiple students registering for the bus, please fill out this form separately for each student.
 
The deadline to register for bus service is August 1. Please note: The non-refundable bus registration fee is for the entire school year. We cannot prorate transportation fees. At the bottom of this form, you will be asked to enter the total amount with financial aid applied. Please determine your bus fee by referring to the chart below.
