Newton accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express through our secure online giving portal. Make your gift online. Due to processing fees, a $10 minimum gift is appreciated.

Venmo is a mobile payment service owned by PayPal. It allows users to transfer money between one another using a mobile phone app or web interface. Give via Venmo here or search @ncds1880 within your Venmo app. Use 4865 as the code needed to make a gift. Due to processing fees, a $5 minimum gift is required.

Call the Development Office with your pledge intention. Your pledge will be recorded upon receipt and you will receive an acknowledgement from the school. All pledges must be paid by June 30.

We will gladly accept a gift of securities. Stock held in brokerage or bank account can be transferred electronically to the school's account by your broker/banker.

Newton Country Day School alumnae and friends who have reached age 70.5 can take advantage of charitable IRA distributions each year. A direct transfer of up to $100,000 from an individual retirement account to Newton Country Day School does not incur federal income tax and can be counted toward an individual's Required Minimum Distribution each year. These gifts do not qualify for a charitable deduction. For more information, please contact the Advancement Office.

A donor-advised fund (DAF) is a charitable giving program that allows you to combine tax benefits while supporting the School. To make a gift through your DAF, request a grant distribution through your DAF sponsor. Designate your gift to Boston Academy of the Sacred Heart, dba Newton Country Day School. EIN# 042 541 393. 

In 1993, Newton Country Day School established the Founders' Society to recognize those who remember the School in their estate plans. The following are the two most common ways to support NCDS in your estate plans:

• Bequests - A charitable bequest through your will is one of the simplest ways to make a gift to Newton Country Day School. Bequests may be a percentage of your estate, a specific dollar amount, or a gift of personal property. You may support areas important to you at the School or provide an unrestricted gift that will be used in Newton's best interest.
• Beneficiary designations - By naming Newton Country Day School as a full or partial beneficiary of your life insurance policy, IRA, 401(k), or other qualified plan, you will have a significant impact on Newton's future as well as have the asset pass to the School tax free.

Throughout the academic year, there are multiple ways to become involved with the school. Time commitment varies; from as little as an hour to a deeper dedication of time.
