We are excited to welcome you to Newton Country Day School of the Sacred Heart. During your visit, you will have the opportunity to hear from the Head of School, Jessica Hooper, as well as attend innovation experiences, artistic performances, and more!

Grandfriends' Day Schedule

7:45 am: Registration for Mass attendees
Please enter the school driveway and head to The Martin Center for Mass and the start of our day.
If you are electing to join us after Mass, registration will begin at 8:45 am.

9:15 am: Welcome Reception
Join us for coffee, tea, and pastries in the Martin Center.

10 am: Grandfriends Speaker and Activity with Granddaughter

10:30 am: Grandfriends' Day Programming
You may pick two out of these four options to explore with your granddaughter(s): student panel, innovation experiences, artistic performances, and Chapel window stories.

11:30 am: Program Ends
Grandfriend pickup will take place at the Martin Center. Please enter the school driveway and follow the signs to The Martin Center. All Grandfriends will be at this location regardless of their last stop of the day.

Where can Grandfriends park on campus?

Will accessibility / assistance be provided?

Accessible parking will be reserved in all of our parking areas. We will also have golf carts and drivers available throughout the day to escort guests around campus as needed. Additionally, we will have the Arches Gym to serve as a gathering space for Grandfriends throughout the day. If you would like to take a few moments with your Granddaughter or grab a quick refreshment, feel free to visit this area at any point during the day.
