Thanksgiving Basket Project
The Parents’ Association assists Sr. Joyce McMullen of Project Care and Concern in serving the families of Harbor Point through the Thanksgiving Basket Project. Sign up to prepare and/or help on delivery day by contacting Amy Matthews P’22 or Carolyn Sullivan P’12’16’21 or sign up here. For those putting together a basket, please pick up your empty bins Thursday, November 1 or Friday, November 2 between 7-8 a.m. at the Arches. The bins contain an instruction sheet with a list of necessary items. Please return filled bins at the Arches on Wednesday, November 14 or Thursday, November 15 between 7-8 a.m. You can also support the project by making a financial donation. Please make a note that the donation is for the Thanksgiving Basket Project. Donations offset the significant cost of the bins and turkeys. Checks should be made payable to NCDS may be left with Mrs. Casavant at the front desk until November 16.   

Christmas Basket Service
During the Christmas season, we partner with Sr. Joyce McMullin and Project Care and Concern, providing baskets of food and gifts to families in need at Harbor Point in Dorchester. After Thanksgiving, students, faculty, and staff will meet to discuss the Christmas Basket Service and sign up to bring in gifts and food items for families. Food and gift items are due to advisors/Tag Team leaders on Friday, December 7. The delivery of holiday baskets is scheduled for Saturday, December 15 from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Parents are needed to help drive and deliver baskets. Please contact Dr. Potter at x4757 to sign up to assist in the delivery.
